马来西亚2015年卫塞节日期 Date of Wesak 2015

依據世界佛教徒聯誼會於1952年的大會中，世界各國代表一致通過，“佛陀日”或“衛塞節”是座落在每年陽曆5月的第一個月圓日。 是故 2015年的卫塞节，是在陽曆5月的第一個月圓日，也就是在5月3日。所以，特别通知“佛陀日”或“衛塞節”定於2015年5月3日。

In accordance with the consensus reached at the conference of the World Fellowship of Buddhists held in 1952, Wesak Day or Buddha Day shall be held on the first full moon of May every year. Therefore Wesak Day in 2015 shall fall on 3rd May.

*基本上，卫塞节是以落在阳历5月份的第一个月圆之日（望日），所以每年的对应西历日子都稍有不同（一般而言在农历四月十五左右）。有些国家，用佛教独有的历法来计算日子，会有差异。例如在2007年，马来西亚的卫塞节订于5月1日（农历三月十五），而新加坡则将其订于5月31日（农历四月十五）。
