“培风百年音乐会-风之颂”将于07/03/2013（四），晚上8时正于本校怀萱堂隆重登场！

这项音乐会主要向大众推介培风百年主题曲——“百年鹏飞”，音乐会亦邀请多位校友与校内同学为来宾演唱多首经典歌曲。
这是一场汇集了不同年代、老中青培风人的精彩；是培风人藉由歌声向母校致意的表演。

擁永久居留權，是否可申請成為我國公民？

　⊙張小姐指出，其一名來自泰國的朋友，在本地生活已有19年，7年前已領取我國永久居留權。

　張小姐指出，其朋友除了在本地生活多年，幾年前更與本地籍的丈夫結婚，還生了3名孩子。

　她說，由于是永久居留權的關係，其朋友若護照即將到期，必須返回泰國或前往大使館更新護照，過程相當麻煩。

　她直言，聽聞居留在我國7年以上的外籍人士，能夠申請成為我國公民，此說法是否正確？若不，朋友是否能夠提出相關申請？

★內政部長特別事務官拿督盧永平

　以張小姐朋友的狀況，絕對能夠提出公民權的申請，惟如果第一次申請不成功，只能再作出申請，沒有上訴的機會。

　根據國家憲法15（1）及15（2）條文，外籍人士與本地配偶結婚超過5年，加上在我國居留超過7年以上的人士，便已經符合資格提出公民權的申請。

　申請者必須要經過內政部的面試及其他程序，通常申請期限大約是1年左右。
